    The Territorial Inn is first class Bed and Breakfast located one block for the historic plaza and in the heart of the downtown historic district. The Inn was originally built in the eighteen nineties and is an exquisite merger of New Mexico's Stone and Santa Fe's adobe architecture. The recent addition to the Inn was built over the Palace Hotel, Santa Fe's 1st hotel, whose clientele consisted of President Teddy Roosevelt, President Ulysses Grant, Mark Twain and Kit Carson. The guestrooms are decorated in the Victorian style and are warm, cozy, and inviting. The Inn features a home like atmosphere were you can unwind before a blazing fire in the living room or relax in the Inn's hot tub. The staff is adept at catering to the needs of their clientele.     Hotel Room Information

    Room Information: Our ten bedrooms in the main house range from large and luxurious to cozy and quaint. In a home-like atmosphere, you can relax in the living room before a roaring fire, enjoy the sun and shade in the garden, soak away your worries in the hot tub, or retreat to your own private room. Two of the rooms have fireplaces, eight have private baths and all are elegantly furnished. The Marcy wing adjacent to the main house was completed in July 2001. The centerpiece of this wing is a beautifully decorated "breakfast court." This wing features spacious, well-appointed rooms as well as one and two bedroom suites.

    Starting Point  Albuquerque International Airport:: North on I-25, North on exit 282 - St. Francis Drive, take a right on Paseo de Peralta, Paseo de Peralta intersects with St. Francis twice, take the second intersection, it is approximately 5 miles northbound on St. Francis.Take a right on Washington, go two blocks, we are on the left hand side.
